On of our advisors will reach out via Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Google Meet or Phone to discover what issues and challenges you encounter and face. We gather as as much information as possible to create the right solution for you.

Solutions and Proposal Call
After listening to your concerns, we will develop a solution that caters to your needs. We will send over a specific plan in advance so you have a chance to review it before the call. Think of it like fingers, we all have them, but its the fingerprints that make each of us unique. Your accounting solution is no different. The same process can be implemented, but it is the uniqueness of the solution that makes it yours.

It will also give you a chance to ask questions about specific procedural flows. If everybody is onboard and all concerns have been addressed, a formal proposal will be sent to you for signature. It will recap the presentation call and identify what services are to be completed at what times. It outlines our responsibility to you and what we require from you to assist us in fulfilling our obligations to you.

Implementation Call
Once we have a signed agreement in hand, a member of our implementation team will reach out to you or your designate to sign all appropriate authorizations, gather relevant banking, legal and contact information, and introduce your specialist.
